1. We include a genuine Operating System (OS). Many used laptop sellers do not include the OS, so be sure to check. Loading an OS a laptop can be time consuming and challenging for those not familiar with where all the drivers and appropriate files need to be located. Not only is it a challenge, but it can be an expensive additional expense.

2. We specialize in used laptops and have been doing so since 1996. Our first laptop
