You are automatically covered should the equipment be lost, stolen or accidentally damaged anywhere in Australia, New Zealand or overseas*.
Equipment will either be replaced or repaired.

If your computer* has to be repaired at any time during the agreement, simply report it and a “Loaner” will be couriered to you within 24 hours*.
(*Notebook computers as well as digital cameras and various types of printers are currently available as Loaners.

All computer customers will receive free PC Tracker software to help trace stolen computers and recover valuable files.
Once the stolen computer logs onto the internet, it transmits the location to Flexirent’s security service.

More flexibility and better end of term options
Whilst you can swap to new equipment at any time during the agreement*, if you swap in the last 3 months of the agreement, the remaining payment will be waived.
Simply return the equipment in good working order and take out a new agreement for equal or greater value*.

To keep using the old equipment after the end of the rental term, you just make one additional payment at the end (equal to a normal monthly payment) and you will double the original rental period, with no more to pay. And you will still be covered for theft, loss and accidental damage and 24 hour “Loaner” equipment

If you would like to own all or some of your equipment after the end of the agreement, you can make us an offer to purchase it (which we have the right to accept or reject). |
If you have no further use for the equipment, simply return it to Flexirent with no more to pay*.

During the rental term, you can add more equipment, or swap. It’s easy to do. One phone call is all that it takes to arrange it.
Carbon offset option
You can offset the carbon emissions linked to your equipment by contributing $10 (per computer) to Flexirent’s authorised conservation fund to plant trees. |
